I have a ati radeon hd 3650 which has problems as lines of mashed graphics(best way to describe it) are all over the screen. With the one that i got with the computer it is fine but just rubbish. any tips on how to improve this system. i have been told the power supply and ram should fix the mashing graphic issue.

It could be over heating, have you cleaned out the heatsink?

Yeah its either heat (most likely) which you'll need a new case with better airflow, unless you can improve the airflow in your significantly, have you already tried using CCC to manually adjust fan speed
Or it might be insufficient power (less likely) which would require a new PSU, got any mates with better PSU's you could borrow and test?
