My System Spec will a new GPU help.?

Hi all heres my System Specs :

Now if i change out the GPU for this one MSI Radeon R9 290 Gaming Edition 4096MB GDDR5 Would this be enough to run BF4 at Ultra Settings @ 1080p Res , or will my CPU be the bottleneck , and if so what CPU would you say i should upgrade too.

Personally l would get the R9 290 and give it a run, if you can achieve a good average fps then no real dramas, see if you can overclock the 1090T to say 4.0 or 4.1 to lessen any "bottleneck".

If you are not happy with the results then either get the 8320 or 8350.
