Well done mate, it might only be 14 days but that is 14 days i bet you never imagined you would do when you were addicted to nicotine.

I've done 7 weeks now and fully consider myself to be a non smoker. Don't get me wrong, I still get the odd, totally unexpected 'I could murder a ciggy' craving but as time goes on you just learn to shrug it off.

I have recommended Allen Carr's 'Easy way to stop smoking' book to everyone I know who wants to quit and if you find it difficult at any time give it a read.

Congrats on doin 14 days!

i to have man flu

and im sitting here wondering why i have next to no craving for sparking one up... so anyone know why ?

been smoking for ages and i cant count the amount of times ive tried to quit but it seems manflu may be the answer to all my problems

(nips off with small bottle of snot to patent latest anti smoking drug)
