My turtle beach x11's are really uncomfortable?

I have had these for a while but I barely use them because whenever I do use them, my ears start to get hot, they don't sit right on my head and hurt the top of my head. There is also quite a loud buzz. I was just wondering if there was anything I can do about these problems, or could I just have a dodgy pair?

mine were fine but my ears did get hot after a few hours of gaming..

the sound out of them in crap imo its tiny and tinny...

ive since replaced mine with sennheiser pc 360s...

I would replace but I used all my money up
Right now I have some barely used x11's which annoy me when used. Ahh well.

I don't find my x11's the most comfortable headset ever but I can wear them for hours without discomfort. Sound quality isn't all that either on mine, certaintly not as good as my pc headset but then my pc set was twice the price so can't complain too much.

As for buzzing, it could be a dodgy headset however do you use a wired controller or always play with plug and charge in? Apparently xboxs have noisey usb ports and I know mine buzzes if if I use my plug and charge cable.

same with my 1st 2 pairs of x21's, but that was a dodgy model, and they fixed the problems along with dodgy volume controls on a new model. got them from argos with a 3 year warranty for accidental damage/breakdown, and because of the faulty model, i basically got 4.5 years warranty xD all sorted now thought, and il be using them for gaming too!

if you want good quality headset for pc/360/ps3 then new px21's are the way to go.

11's just dont cut it imho, but if you can find a confirmed fault with your model, contact TB

yeah i got the px21's aswell got them cheap at tescos in xmas 2010 sale, they seem a lot better than the 11s...

mind i only paid £17.50 for the 11s and £30 for the 21's so for the money i paid they have both been great..

neither are in the same league as the senn's pc 360's

Nice! I payed 60 including 3 year warranty close to 2 years ago
