My Ultima 9800GX2 System came! But...

I go the Coolermaster Cosmos S case and the right Hinge was broken!

This couldn't have happened during the delivery, it must have happened during the making of it!

Anyone who has the case would know that this makes it look pretty horrible and given that I paid £1400 for the system there's no way I'm accepting it like that!


Also, the Side Case fan wasn't connected to anything, not sure if its meant to be connected to the PSU or Mobo but it wasn't connected to anything!


Also, I took Friday off and selected Friday for delivery, and yet it came today? Although a neighbour took it in for me seems strange that they ask for a day and dont listen!



I cant help but feel disappointed as I have Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday off which I was going to mess about with my PC on and now Im going to have to return it!

God knows when Ill get it now!



On a positive note the case looks great, the 9800 GX2 looks cool and they included an 850W PSU Alaska PSU even though it said it would come with a 650W Corsair!



Anyone know how quickly this 'company' deals with returns, complaints? :mad:
 
No shop talk on the forum.

As for returns - I do know from what I hear they are pretty quick. As for the delivery time, that is most likely the company who delivered the PC's fault, and not OCUK.

It is like blaming your aunt for posting you a birthday card several days before your birthday and it arrives late.

Best to call them up in the morning and (calmly) explain the situation - I am sure they will have it sorted in no time.
