I'm currently using a binned delidded 8700k @ 5.1 on a Z370 board. It feels like CPU's are being and have been fired out every couple of months for the last year or so from Intel and AMD and I honestly can't keep up anymore with whats hot and whats not.
I've been on the Z370 for a while now since day one launch and want to keep my eye on the horizon for what's next. My 8700k sits at about 60% usage during gaming so not stretched yet but I like to keep my gear up to date. Should I hold out for DDR5 whenever that will be?
I've just upgraded my monitor to the new UW LG offering and my 2080ti will do for now also.
