Going to be ordering my new upgrade sometime today.
Been a while since I've had a new pc check my sig.
Thinking about ordering this:
E6400
DS3
Geil 2G PC6400 4-4-4-12
adding BFG 8800 GTS when it becomes available.
Been reading a lot of posts on oc and everyone is choosing either the e4300 or the e6300 but nothing much about the e6400, what are your thoughts about this. Just feel that at its stock of 2.13ghz I would be guaranteed to be at least 3ghz with decent air cooling or am I wrong?
For the mobo I had seen a lot people choosing the DS3 but I read on one thread about the Asus P5N-E SLI, so I'm a bit unsure now.
It would be great if some people could leave me the type of rigs they have with C2D system. Hope you can clear up some queries for me before I order. Does anyone know when the BFG 8800 coming in? Cheers guys. Don't want to get it wrong!
