My voltage settings wont stay where i put them!

Hi guys

Im having some trouble with ATiTool, im using version 0.27. When i set my voltages up in AtiTool, they reset back to 2d defualts when i restart. Last time i used AtiTool they used to stay where i put them! What am i doing wrong?
