I would like to hit 18 stone dead

I was 148KG November last year, had to lose 4 stone due to an operation required. i manage to get down to 127kg but it has slowly crept back up to where i am now so iv'e lost a massive chunk already but i still want more.

Couple of pictures as a look back for me or anyone else who is interested.

Im not embarrassed by my body but i would like to be slimmer/more muscular.

I will add details of my revised diet plan later tonight.

Good luck mate, there's been a fair few of us on here who have and are doing exactly the same including me and believe me this is one of the best places to come for motivation and decent advice.
 
Previous diet consisted of everything crap to be honest. Fizzy, sweets, crisps, burgers etc.

New diet is a cracker :)

Breakfast 7am : 3 wheatabix, skimmed milk, handful of raisins
Mid morning 11am : 2 scoop protein shake
Lunch 2pm : large salad with chicken/ham, or chilli and rice, occasionally granary bread with ham salad, fruit and a pint of weak squash.
Snack 4pm : 1 scoop protein shake
Tea 6.30 pm : Meat/veg stir fry, salad and chicken breast, good old roast with loads of veg, jacket spud with chilli or beans etc.

Trying to keep carbs to a minimum really. Protein shake acts as a filler/appetite suppressor.

Exercise wise? Well my job is pretty physical but somedays can be lazy.

We have a good cross trainer so I've been using that once a day at the moment for 10min sessions on a moderate level, heart rate is touching 155-160bpm, within a minute of two my heart rate is back to around 100. This is my fourth day so far, next week I will aim to be doing 20minute sessions and gradually work up the time over the following weeks so I can get my Cardo health up. I have a good sized punch bag too which I'll start on when I'm a little fitter.
