Hey guys,

My MiniTx Board seems to whine at the capacitor nearest the PCI-E slot and when i plug in my 570 which has a slight buzz to it it seems to make this worse the motherboard whines more and the graphics card in turn whines.

Its as if there having some sort of orgasmic exchange...

The electrical buzz form the motherboard doesn't sound good to me and the rest of my machine is so QUIET and I have to put up with this after paying 130 pounds to ocuk for my motherboard?!?

Im not sure if the motherboards increasing the graphics cards buzzing to unbearable levels to be honest its just a theory but the buzzing coming from the motherboard is another issue in itself I guess I could RMA them both considering how unbearable the card is.

What you guys think?

:( I just want my stuff to work and be quiet like i designed my build to be.

My antec 620 that came today was also damaged beyond use it was obviously a refurb.... there was a hole right though the radiator near the screw hole as if someone had screwed right through it... scratches and thumb prints on the waterblock....

This is the motherboard by the way,

I hope someone from OCUK can read this thread and give me some input... Ive tried my 8800gt and i got no coil wine on that from the gpu so RMA'ing the gpu might be necessary but the whine from the motherboard....I have used 2 different power supplies it was not my psu's I am using a Corsair TX750M W3bbo Can attest to its awesomeness.

What you guys think?

Can you try forcing Vsync on in the Nvidia control panel and seeing if the noise buggers off.

RMA the motherboard first.

You are also correct thats its not that Corsair PSU (I borrowed it for awhile too, faultless performer)

What is OCUK's RMA like guys? I only got this board maybe 2 weeks ago? Im sure they will just replace it for a new one right? The board works fine minus the whine and also seems to increase the whine when the gpu is attached and also increasing the graphics cards whine.

I bought this board for quality and all that im mad nonsense so im assuming theyl replace it and not **** me about? I love OCUK so i dont expect they will.

Ive only ever had to ask for them to replace a fan which they did without question :P so hopefully this will get sorted.

Im going to do it monday going to give them a ring and explain the situation as im sure there not open tommorow.

Thanks guys also, lol at the Msata position on the back of the Asrock board when i get my waterblock backplate im going to have to cut the corner of it off to attach it to the board O_O

go gorilla on that back plate :p nothing wrong with a bit of DIY but eveything wrong with the position of the mSATA connection on that board

I just wish ROG would bring out an ITX mobo, my build would be getting that no matter the cost!
