hi guys, how do i add a funky style? I cant see any style/theme settings :S

also how do i add a song?

Also hows the best way to take those cool dark background up above myspace photos like all those hipsters have?
 
You can add a song by finding the artist (click Music at the top) page and click Add beside the track on their page they have available.
 
I changed the theme/stlye of my page but imputting html/css code into the about me section.
You may enter HTML/DHTML or CSS in any text field. Javascript is not allowed.
Do not use HTML/CSS to cover MySpace advertisements.

To disable clickable links in Interests / Music / Movies / Television / Books / Heroes, put a <Z> anywhere in the box.

myspace makes me want to vomit with rage! its just a way of showing in most cases how fake you are, and how little time you have, my girlfriend spends hours on it and leaving message for all her friends for others to read and private jokes, no one else will understand in an attempt to look kool, and as if you have a life. it ****** the **** out of me, lol

if you are one of these people, leave now. If you are how ever one of the people who doesnt fill theirs with crap, ignore my first paragraph and have fun with your background.
 
I don't get what people have agaisnt Myspace, I signed up and its acted like a free friends reunited for me with the schools section.

The people on this forum need to lighten up a bit.

Thats the same reason i use for as well. I don't tend to stay in one place too often and have managed to catch up with a few friends. If you have a problem with myspace don't use it, simple as.
 
Just using it as my music page since the site I was on before dissapeared. It certainly isn't as good, but will do :)
 
A friend of mine met his latest girlfriend on MySpace, she seems to be well adjusted :)

I tried it about a year ago, it's just **** IMHO. The customising bit wasn't very clear at all :(



Having said that, I wouldn't hesitate to get an account for my band in the coming months/years :confused:
 
MySpace rocks, well I find it the best place to find out what all my friends are upto for our social gatherings, then the next day come the pictures!
 
Hurr guys lets be angry at a popular website because some absolute tools use it :/

MyGen is good. But then be sure to edit out the code that adds their logo :D
