MySQL Database front end

Hey,
I want to create a new small web based MySQL application whcih only myself will be able to access but is there anything which will sort of automatically create the web page front end for it?

I really doubt it but just asking in case something out there does exist to do this!

Also, If this database is being stored on a server somewhere, Is there anyway I can sync it to a copy stored on my local computer for access if I have no internet connection for any reason?

Yeh, I know, I use PHPMyAdmin all the time! - I just didn't think of using it for this.
