MySQL move

Just wondering how I could migrate a mysql database from one windows 2003 server to another windows 2003 server. Im a great big myslq n00b you see....

Use the mysqldump binary to output a .sql and restore it on the new server. There are ways to move the entire installation but this way is far less hassle.
