I have an interview tomorrow, and I was wondering if someone could quickly outline the differences between MySQL, Oracle and SQL Server for me please?

Well MySQL and MSSQL are just two different platforms, there is a good comparsion here:

Oracle allows for far more Developer/DBA defined optimisation, and has user defined database objects that are unavailable in other RDBMS such as packages, collections, objects, nested tables and materialized views etc. It also has much better support for triggers and faster indexing.
