mysql question

hi guys

new to mysql

using mysqladmin, i've created my tables in cmd using sql.exe

i've looking through so many websites, documentation and tutorials and i simply cannot find how to export my tables from my localhost so i can upload them to my webspace.

(using windows if that matters)
i've been told i need to use mysqldump but i have no idea how
