I have an old Shuttle system (Athlon 2500, 512MB) running Ubuntu with MythTV. I got a "terratec cinergy XS" USB DVB tuner to watch TV on it. Followed some guides to set it up, and it works absolutely fine in mplayer. But when I try to watch TV in MythTV, playback is really jerky. Watching downloaded videos works fine in MythTV.
Any ideas how to go about finding out what's wrong? I know very little about Linux.
