whats the code if you want to ring from ?Ireland to Northen ireland ?

028 then the specific area code, 90 for Belfast, 92 for Lisburn (I think).

I'm ashamed to say that I'm not teribbly sure this is correct, but going by BT.com, I believe it is 01504, then your number. I could be wrong, but wait and see what some other folk say first.
