N91 Hard drive problem

Having a few problems with my Nokia N91 (4gb version), the media player kept forgetting all the tracks on the hard drive and I kept having to re scan it only to find that it had forgeten them again straight away. Also the media player kept freezing mid update. Could just be the iffy software on Nokia's? Or is this a common problem. Seems to be behaving itself after a few re-starts and a re-set to default settings. Is it worth taking it to a Nokia service centre and getting them to give it a check. Should be free as the phone is only 10 months old.

The first thing that I would suggest is to transfer all of your data onto your PC and then perform format the HDD (preferably via your PC).

If that doesn't work then you can either take it to a Nokia service centre or send it back via freepost (it takes about 3 weeks for them to turn-around phones via post though).
