N95 rebooting during update

Hey I just got my N95 today, and immediately tried to update it.

Every time it finishes downloading the update, and moves on the the process of installing it my N95 seems to reboot itself, the upgrader on screen does nothing for a very long time until eventually it tells me how to recover my phone (taking the battery out etc). I've tried a few times and same result every time. The phone is fully charged and I don't wanna try any more because theres warnings all over the place about disconnecting it while its upgrading, but it seems to do it itself all the time

Any suggestions?

I cant even update mine, its stuck on version 10 , no idea how to update it

Same here I fancy the latest update, not Orange V10

Either:

1) Wait.
2) Ring Orange and see when they'll release the firmware update.
3) Change product code (using NSS), update.

I did exactly that and now i have all the other extras like VOIP that orange removed.

Well worth doing imho.

Try reinstalling the nokia updater software or download the newest version from the main nokia website.

Where would we stand wrt warranty/orange care.
