Hi guys,
I haven't found much help on Google about this so just wondering if any of you have experienced the same. Over the past week my Razer Naga Hex has been 'overloading' as it were, and knocking itself offline. I get this pop up:
And it only works again if I restart the whole PC or plug it into a different USB set. (By set I mean one of the four different groups of two on the back of my tower).
This morning it knocked my Razer Lycosa keyboard offline as well as it was sharing the same USB set. Once I unplugged the mouse, the keyboard came straight back on.
I've also noticed the metal on the USB plug feels hot after this happens and it also feels warm where the cable meets the mouse itself.
I emailed Razer support and they suggested I try it on another PC so I'm just waiting to see if a friend with swap mice with me for a few days.
I've not made any additions to the unit so nothing is drawing extra power so I'm leaning on it being the mouse dying. Just thought I would check around and see if anyone has another suggestion however.
Thanks in advance!
