OK, last time I'm going to try. Bledd found his.

It's a dance song. It was out in 97-98 when I was at college. It started off with pan pipes that are the same (to my ear and recollection) that were used in NbN's Hip Hop Hooray. It was played extensively on Kiss FM (which became Galaxy and is now Capital).

Any help greatly appreciated.

It's not Enigma or Snap, though they are the right era.

It was a female vocalist and was more... 90's house I think I'd say.
