I need to describe something, and i don't know how to word it or the proper word to word, WORD!

The point i have circled in red, what word would you give to the very most bottom point of that anti-peak?

i used 'local minima of the outer oscillation' they were being described as oscillations in the text. thanks

what i'm talking about could be the left of right, it's not shown well in my picture but it is supposed to be symettrical.
