Name of Windows Theme... :(

I've recently formatted and didn't realise I had a windows theme on until it's gone back to the original. It's exactly the same as the original XP one but a bit more polished and shiney:

It's called Royale; just googled it.

I think Microsoft had something to do with the Royale theme.
If you can't find it from them, try DeviantArt.
