Being serious for a second, I think you'll need to incorporate the hot food angle as well. If it's very clearly named purely as an ice cream kiosk, people are unlikely to look at it if they want something else.

My advice, don't write your company name on your sign.

People are on the beach, they fancy a drink, or something.
They look along the shops, and pick one to go to.
They want to identify what your shop sells from the sign.
So make a big sign saying "REFRESHMENTS", "COLD DRINKS", or "ICE CREAM", whatever it is you think they want most.
Bear in mind if they come for a drink, you can probably flog them an ice cream too.
