Name that club tune ^_^

Hi guys... im looking for the name of a club tune...

Theres a guy in it at the start... he's whispering Listen for the first minute or so followed by I low beat... does that for a while then the tune kicks in...

Listen... ( Low Beat ) Listen... (Same again) and that reapeats...

Anyone?
