name that cooler

yo guys not a regular poster here but long term browser and would appreciate some help.

i got this cooler from a friend with a 4000+ skt 939

and have a few questions

1. is this the stock cooler that come with new 4000+ 939
2. any idea of make / model if question 1 doesnt apply
3. will it be ok for cooling my new 4200 x2 939, ( no plans on OC'ing it yet)
4. any reccomendations of a decent reasonably priced cooler (may OC in future)

It's a S939 AMD stock heatpipe cooler so it'll handle dual cores as well.

You would be better getting a new cooler if you're looking to overclock, but it'll let you get a decent enough overclock.
