Name that game!

The other recent thread about a 2d platform / shooter has put this game into my head, and I can't for the life of me think of the name.

It was probably on the Amiga, possibly the Atari ST. It was a 2D platform / shooter game, and it was either set in hell, or had demons from hell to fight. I seem to remember you couldn't jump, in fact your character seemed positively glued to the platforms. He got about by using teleporters.

It had a very Hellgate / Doom vibe - high tech vs demons kind of thing.

It's bugging me now, I'm home and trawling screenshots of amiga games, but it just won't come to me.

The closest thing I can think of visually is Abuse, but it wasn't that.
