Name that IDE!

I've somehow forgotten the name of an IDE that lets you fiddle with perl, PHP and mySQL and other stuff, altogether in one package. It's got quite a memorable name... can anyone help me out?

xampp? Ok it's not an IDE but it does have PHP, Perl and mySQL in one package that you can fiddle with.

I'd give WAMP a go first, I found it a little bit easier and less hassle than XAMPP. It does exactly the same thing.
