I am trying to remember the name of a horror movie. I say horror movie but it's more like you're budget cut type of horror.

I can describe a bit of it from what I remember. There is this research type facility which I think was built underground (sounds like a typical movie I know :p).

Anyway, in this research facility there is this genetically modified man monster thing, he looks like the incredible hulk but I am sure he is blue not green. This creature can sense the brains in humans and likes to eat them. Inside this research facility place he manages to escape and starts eating the brains of some of the people in there.

Later on, a group of people set out some brains on the floor and try to lure him into a big freezer.

I know it sounds crazy, and to be honest I think the movie was a bit rubbish but it's doing my head in trying to remember the name of it.

It was either on VHS or early DVD. At the end of the film some people escape using a helicopter outside.

Does anybody know the name of this movie?

no I don't think that was it.

But you know looking at the weird bloke in the picture got me thinking that maybe he was not blue or green like the hulk as I thought. Infact the picture of that man is rather similar, but my memory is failing me a bit.

I think the movie name may have included "mind", but again it's all hazey. :o
 
I have vague recollections of watching this or something like this during my "let's watch as many bad horror films as we can" days.

I think that is it ;)

I thought it looked like a blue hulk or something but I knew the word Mind was in the title, and im 99% sure now you said that, looking at it is the right film.

Plot: At the Gentec research facility in an abandoned nuclear power plant in the desert, scientists are trying to perfect a virus that will allow soldiers to regenerate. When the group discovers a man dying in the desert, team leader Jim Stockton decides to use him as their first human test subject, reasoning that the virus is the only way to save his life. Six months later and Stockton has quit, unhappy at the uses to which facility head Alex Hunter has wanted to put the research. Thor, the human test subject, then starts to go medically amok – due to Hunter having pumped him with higher doses of the virus – and escapes into the tunnels of the facility. The other members of the team call on Stockton for help. Stockton is about to go on holiday with his son, daughter and daughter’s boyfriend and reluctantly flies out to help. Hunter has deliberately sabotaged the access lock so that nobody can leave the facility. However, this leaves everybody trapped inside where they are hunted by Thor who needs to devour human brains to survive. In trying to defend themselves, they find that Thor is unable to be damaged due to the virus regenerating his body.
