Name this game.....Please?

This has been seriously bugging me.

I have a memory of playing a PC game when I was younger. Would have been early 2000's and was a 3D RPG type game in which you could play as a variety of characters. The characters all had different powers etc and they were basically all demons or something (no idea)

I remember being in a graveyard at some point and I want to say there was loads of icons at the bottom of the screen for all of the abilities you had and they were all ridiculously complicated and hotkeyed.

Any Ideas?

If I remember correct the cover and or disk would have been black with some demon face on it either in blue or purple

Nah thought that but it was more modern graphics wise and was either close up 3rd person or 1st. Not sure why I am letting this bug me so much
