well it starts off a realy gentle song (like titainic tune) but then its like proper headbanging rock i want to no the name of song so i can go and buy .

at a mates a about a year or so we palyed it right loud so all street could here it lolo but hes at collage now and rarley speak to him .
 
It probably isn't anything like it but Stiltskin - Inside is a good song, sort of calm at the beginning and has a good break into the main song. Wouldn't exactly call it proper headbanging rock though.

Really just guessing from what you've said but worth checking out as it's fits the quite then headbanging part rather well.

starting mellow with a lovely strings tune then shouting so you cant really make out the words unless you know them?
