A film sprung to mind recently but I can't remember it's name hopefully these details help.
The gang in the film wear hoodies back to front with holes in the hoods and put the masks up before they commit violence or a crime, I believe the opening scene is them killing a student.
It's based at a school but I can't remember if the teacher is undercover cop or just a vigilante and one floor where the badly behaved students is caged off from the rest of the school.
If anyone knows the title I'd really appreciate it
