Nandos Peri Peri chicken advice

I marinated some chicken in some peri peri sauce, do we now put the chicken under the grill and will it cook fully or what?
 
Putting it under the grill isn't the best way of cooking it. Though this depends on how big your chicken chunks are.

What I do is marinate it, then either wrap in baking foil and stick it in a medium oven, or pan fry it with a little bit of oil and some chopped peppers.

The latter method is by far the best :)
 
Slow grilling to make sure it's well done inside unless you have one of their flame grills. Couldn't have gone for a better sauce tbh - very tasty!!! :)

Nando's medium Peri Peri sauce mixed with a bit of Heinz tomato ketchup is the daddy with chips :D
 
Nandos Lime & Coriander peri peri marinade is the bom-diggedy - cut some strips of chicken breast, marinade for an hour at least then throw in a hot wok with some finely diced onion. Serve with rice.
