No, you don't but seeing as Cover Flow is nice and fast with the 1.0.2 update, why would you want to use the old ways?

Just applied the new update, and I can verify, it's much quicker.

Because as you've seen around, people complaining its laggy and crap basically. Now I know the update has sorted it thats cool.

Another question...
Do Apple still do it where they say its 4gb but you only get like 3.7gb? Why is this?

Just got in and bought one in my hour break today.
Its so thin and light which is exactly what I wanted for my pocket for my train journey to and from Uni each day

Just updated to version 1.0.2 and its currently charging now.
It looks classy too, my first Apple product and I am very happy with it.
Bought an iPod sock for it off eBay too for £3, just waiting to see if its a cheap rip off version or an official one like the chap said it was when I messaged him.
