Anyone got one if these nano fakes like on the online auctions?

I picked a 4 gig one up today for £20.70 with free shipping, i thought it would make a nice stocking filler for my daughter.

Anyone here got one, if so have you got any decent pic? whats it like?

My mate has one. Very nice little piece of kit :)

Excellent.

My daughter (whos 11) wont be fussed if its fake to be honest, its just a stocking filler and she has lots (too many) presents allready!!!

:)

I'm just looking around the net now and there are firmware updates and websites dedicated to these little player + firmware modding!

Should be ok if it works!

Right after abit of reading......

There is NO 4GB ones, they are a faked capacity and are usually 2GB.

Formatting them FAT not FAT32) will reveal this.

anyone offering more than 2GB must be selling faked memory sizes.

Still 2GB for £20 isnt bad!!

Formatting it as FAT will limit it to 2gb - as thats the limit in drive size for FAT

Ah didnt know that, one way to tell for sure on these players is check the memory chip code.

I watched one of these go for £13 delivered earlier too!!

In other words "Since I don't have a Nano I shall call it better than one!"

@your mate :D

The nano doesnt play video, and has the nano got a FM radio that you can record?
