Nanopoint RMA form

Anyone know if you're supposed to get an email response after filling in Nanopoint's RMA form? It said "thank you your request was submitted" but I didn't get any email.

That's just an email confirmation, you will recieve a reply tomorrow most likely.

No I mean the web page said that the info was submitted. I haven't had any emails at all.

Oh I see, yes they do send you an email. Last time I contacted them it was within 24 hours.
