Just wondered how many people are as obsessed with this game as I am, being a rather huge Sharpe fan this game is my bread and butter!
Me and 2-3 friends play it pretty much every night on a variety of scenarios and have a good laugh on TS3 if anyone is interested, chuck your steam here and I will add you for a few games :)
 
For some reason I have just not got into napoleon like I did with the othe tw games ( didn't buy empire) I have owned for a few moths and I am still stuck in the talian cAMpaign.
 
I used to be absolutely king at MTW online, took a massive break from the series and came back to Napoleon and I love it.
Waiting for Shogun now :D
 
I bought empire because I thought it would be the nearest thing to a sharpe game
I played it and it was ok

then they brought out napoleon and I thought " ah man ive paid £30 for empire but now this looks more like the kind of thing I want so ill buy napoleon for £30 as well"
I played it and it was better but still just ok

then they announce the peninsular add on for an extra cost and its even more the right kind of thing but knowing my luck ill buy it and it will be ok and then they will announce a sharpe add on :)
 
Just downloaded the demo last night because I was hoping it would replace King arthur (so buggy it's too broken to play, despite being a great game) so my experience will probably be clouded by my expectations. We'll see tonight I guess!
 
I played this for a while, but never really got engrossed in it like i did with RomeTW. Would be interested in trying out the multiplayer side of things to see if there's more fun to be had that way :)
 
Can anyone tell me if NTW is broken like ETW is? Did they fix things like firing by rank for muskets and all the cool stuff they included but didn't actually work?
