Napster Help

Well my sister listens to a lot of music on her computer which unfortunately she downloads illegally. I have made many attempts to stop this but I remember seeing something about Napster offering unlimited music downloads for a set fee a month? She doesn't have an MP3 player so they music will be listened to on her computer only. Just one question
1) Do the tracks include album art? If so are they high res like iTunes (600x600)
We both lie having album art on tracks and it would be nice if Napster supplied high-res art just like iTunes does
2) Are the lyrics included with the songs in the ID3 Tags?
