NAS ATX Case With Size Restrictions

Hi All,

I'm currently looking to improve my NAS/server setup to accommodate some more spinning rust. Ideally I'd like to be able to get 5 drives in for a RAID array to give me a bit of redundancy and keep my current full ATX board. I was looking at things like the Jonsbo N1 and the Node 304 but going to m-ITX is cost-prohibitive, even on the 2nd hand market, plus I need to be able to fit a GPU in there too.

Can anyone recommend a case that would take 5-6 HDDs, a reasonable size GPU, fits (on its side if necessary, as long as it doesn't hinder air flow) in a 27cm gap and has enough in the way of vents to be able to run quietly?

Any options would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

Thanks for the response, but I've already checked the entire Jonsbo range (and others), and it doesn't fit the bill due to being too tall. IIRC it's about 34cm tall, well over the 27 I'm trying to fit into.

What are the other dimensions of the space you're working with? I assume it would have to be a side on build given that an ATX mobo is over 27cm tall!

Have you considered just screwing stand-offs to the side of whatever you're building it in to and making some sort of mesh panel for the front?
