Nas build.

Hi lads and lasses.
I am new to the forum and would like some advice. I want to build my own nas storage and could do with a piont in the right direction. I want it for home media storage and playback on home network and recomendations on cases hardware etc

How much storage do you require? What level of data resiliency do you require?

Freenas and use spare computer. Maybe add ups in case of power failure
