NAS Enclosure question

Not sure if this should be here or in the HDD part but anyway. I am after a NAS enclosure with 2 bays. Been looking around and they don't seem to support NTFS?? Now the drives in my pc are formated in NTFS and I also have some files that are around 4gb in size that would need to go onto the NAS. What NAS should I go for that will handle this?

Do you not have a spare drive to format as EXT3 to use to move the data across?
