NAS enclosure with Torrent ability and RGB output

RGB as in red green blue, a graphical output? I'm failing to see why you would want to connect a networked attached storage device to a monitor or TV.

Do you want to play stored video directly through a TV? If so I think you want this or this, but I don't believe they'll run torrents for you. A sure-fire approach is building your own "nas" based around a mini-itx motherboard, it'll then run any software you ask it to and will quite happily output to a TV or monitor.
 
NAS devices don't have any kind of video out as they are controlled via a PC over the network.

Are you thinking of something else?
