NAS for media streaming and storage

I'm looking for a NAS for storage/dumping ground/backup and for streaming the following via laptops, TV and PS3:
-- MP3-320
-- FLAC
-- MPEG4/MKV
-- AVI

It doesn't need to have RAID and I have a couple of 2Tb drives to use so it doesn't have to include the drive/s.
I'm not interested in anything else like print server, torrent client or FTP. Only storage and streaming from it.

At the moment i stream from my PC using Serviio but would like to do away with the need for it to be on all the time as it consumes electricity faster than Homer Simpson consumes Duff.

I'm not sure what i'll need for the job to be honest so that's the reason for this thread, any help would be greatly appreciated. My budget it £200~ish

Because i don't have the need for 2 bays, i was thinking of the QNAP Turbo NAS TS-119P+ -- http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=NW-003-QN&groupid=46&catid=2125&subcat=
After investigating into it, it seems to be a fantastic performer. However; i won't have any use for many of it's functions.

Well when you said you have a couple of 2tb drives I thought you would be looking for a 2 bay. Do you need gigabit speeds or will 100mb suffice? Something like the Zyxel NSA-210 might suit you. It's a lot less than your budget but should do what you have asked for.

Gigabit speeds preferably due to Bluray rips streaming off of it.
