Hi all,
I am wanting to build a NAS system to store all my backups and videos, however, after surfing around the net there seems to be so many options and to be honest it's really confusing.
Basically I thought I would post here to seek some advice.
I currently have some HDD's available, but i'm looking for a cheap, compact system which can be used as a NAS server as well as a little bit of media. My desktop however will be used on screen mostly though.
what kind of components would I need to be looking at? I would like to try to get it all together as cheaply as possible though.
