Hey guys,

Been looking into NAS for my home network as my HDD fills up daily. I have 2 to comapre and would love any advice.

Firstly the Netgear Stora 2110 - 1TB
Can i set it up so i can expand the capacity not set it up as RAID?

Secondly Buffalo Live Station - 1TB
Looks great - No internal scalability but USB incase externally.

Now with both these saying they Have BitTorrent Clients installed on them, is there a way i can run Bit Torrent Headless. I have seen Vuze to Go aswell but i dont think it is giving me what i want

Let me explain:

I am wanting to kick start a download then be able to close the lid on my laptop and for it to continue. I know some of you are thinking just get an old computer, set up as a server and run Linux, but frankly i dont want all that mess. If it cant be done thats ok by me.

Thanks in Advance

Check out the Synology range.

They use rTorrent with a decent WebUI.

You can even bootstrap it and do whatever you want with it!
