NAS System Question

I have got 2 WDTV Live boxes in the house, but i am getting fed up with having to leave the main pc switched on and dont want to have to have a external hdd plugged into the back on them.. so i have been looking at a Nas Drive.

Firstly i was going to buy an adaptor so i could use any external drive, but then i saw this Synology Disk Station DS110j. after reading pretty much everywhere about these there does not seem to be a bad word said about them, so just wondered if anyone had an opinion on these or any other suggestions for NAS Systems?

DS110j is perfect for streaming media to the WDTV Live.

I use the 209j at work as a IP Camera server.
They all function the same, cracking bits of kit. If there is a model of the 110 with more memory though, get it. As they do two versions of the 209, basically the same but one has more memory iirc.
Definatelly comes in handy when you start adding apps to it off the Synology website.
