Actually, I jumped the gun slightly. They're waiting final confirmation of the orbit insertion, but it's still alive and in the right place, so that's a good sign.

The BBC way jumped the gun. I'd typically blame Sky News for doing that.

I'm not sure if that's 6 or 8 successful. Definitely 2 failures though.
