national express website & firefox

Whenever I go onto their website it causes firefox to crash, I was just wondering if anybody this happens to anybody else? I'm using 3.6.13.

3.6.13 user here and no crashes. Do other browsers work fine?

Its fine here, can you try it in safe mode without plugins?

FF 3.6.13 here, no problems getting to their homepage. What add ons are you running?

their homepage doesn't usually load correctly for me either (Opera or Chrome)

try going to the specific service you want, Rail/coach etc...

Coach = http://www.nationalexpress.com/coach/index.cfm
Trains = http://www.nationalexpress.com/trainslanding.aspx
Buses = http://www.nationalexpress.com/buseslanding.aspx

if you need any of the others let me know

I tried it, but it asked me to install a Shockwave update, which wouldnt work even though I clicked the update button

Try installing the latest shockwave

skype extension - it does next to this that it can cause security of stability issues.

Trying the coach causes it to crash which is the one I want

I'll see about getting the shockwave plug in.

It's not the first time it's happened, everytime I go to london I get the coach and it's just annoying now as IE is slow to use, plus it's just a bit perculiar as to why it crashes.

Yeah, it's crashing for me too.
Just the coach one, the trains and buses pages are working fine.
