I'm not one to blow my own trombone. But toot toot ;)
But, one of my photos (Eilean Donan Castle) is on the front cover of this month's Spanish edition of National Geographic magazine ... which is nice :D

14 mins and 59 seconds left, tick tock.

Thank you all very much :)

That's fantastic, well done.

Buy it, frame it, hang it.

How were the rights gathered if you don't mind me asking? Was it on a stock site or did they contact you directly? If the former how did you find out they'd used it?
I use a stock agency, who in turn upload to various stock sites.
I was told by the agency, the magazine found/bought it from Getty's site.

The magazine altered the sky and cropped it from a landscape orientation to portrait to fit the magazine.

Thank you everyone :)

Answers:
The agency told me about the magazine. As it was featured on their (the agency's) FB page.

My cut is a three figure sum (at the low end, not the high end), I'm not sure of the exact figure, I'll know at the next quarterly pay out.
