As above, I can't seem to find the option ANYWHERE on their site.

I'm on that site, caged. I'm on the 'manage subscriptions' part of the site. No option to cancel anywhere....plenty to renew though.

Yeah their FAQ says phone them. Like you used to have to do in the 1990s.

I bet it costs an absolute fortune to phone and be put on hold to a us number though. They have a general enquirers email....wonder if that will work?

You don't cancel it, you just don't renew at the end of your first year. I get the same letters every year. This year I didn't renew (as it was over double) and now get a letter saying 'it's running out soon' , 'renew now etc before you lose your sub'

NGM does not auto renew.
