I'm on that site, caged. I'm on the 'manage subscriptions' part of the site. No option to cancel anywhere....plenty to renew though. :rolleyes:

Yeah their FAQ says phone them. Like you used to have to do in the 1990s.

I bet it costs an absolute fortune to phone and be put on hold to a us number though. They have a general enquirers email....wonder if that will work?

You don't cancel it, you just don't renew at the end of your first year. I get the same letters every year. This year I didn't renew (as it was over double) and now get a letter saying 'it's running out soon' , 'renew now etc before you lose your sub'

NGM does not auto renew.
